When can I get the quotation?

We will quote within 24 hours after receiving your inquiry.

Can I see product photos?

Yes, we usually offer product real photos to our customers.

Can I get a sample?

We could provide free samples if there is stock and send by freight collect.
If the samples are customized, we will quote sample charges by case.

Can we have our logo or design?

We are the manufacturer of OEM and ODM products, customer own branded logo or design are welcomed.

Can I have a design draft befor production?

We can simulate a design draft for you. Let you check the position of the logo or information and the word type.

How long is your production lead time?

Basically, our production lead-time is 45 days upon receipt of your first order, deposit and sample approval.
Repeat orders can be 30 - 35 days upon receipt order and deposit.
Sampling lead-time is about 7 - 10 days upon request, 14 - 20 days If there is a new tooling or specially customized spec required.

What is your payment term?

T/T 30% deposit and T/T 70% before shipment.

Just send an inquiry to us, we will contact you ASAP to have a detailed specifications discussion. We can produce samples for your reference first. If any necessary, we also can draw a simulated draft for you until you are satisfied with the products design or logo printed.

After confirming the order and starting production, we will continue to keep in touch with you to inform the production status. Moreover, after the production is completed, our QC team will inspect the goods to ensure the quality of the products. To ensure that our customers will receive the highest quality products.
